today is the 1st of july!

it is also canada day!! happy birthday canada!!!

to celebrate, here is a song by one of the best and most famous rock groups to come from our beloved country, the guess who. 

in honor of another great holiday that is fast approaching, i chose their song “american woman”.

    Oh The Guess Who!!! Bell bottomed jeans, frizzy long hair, fringe suede purses (NOT these things they call handbags), beaded sandals. went to see the band so excited I think there were ten of us. no cell phones, we actually talked to each other after the concert reliving every song. drove home we had fun.
