bathroom reno diy.

last week on hello scarlett i promised that i would show our first renovation that *g* and i tackled days after we got little green.

initially, every time i left our bathroom, i felt more dirty than when i entered it.

is that not the opposite function of a bathroom?

i began to brainstorm about how i could get it to look cleaner, and all i could think of was white, white, white. we also did not have much money to spend, and kept in mind that there could not be any major changes.

with $35 towards new lighting, $30 towards paint, $15 towards new switch plates, and a little switcheroo, we had an improved bathroom!

later, we also removed the door to the bathroom and replaced it with a sliding door that we attached with a barn door kit.

i then painted it white and black.

in the end, cleanliness is next to godliness! :-)
