if you’re going to see pulp fiction

Processed with VSCOcam with a6 preset2If you are young, have Instagram, or a set of ears, you’ve probably heard of a series called ‘Throwback Thursday’. TBT as it’s known to us hipsters. The highly credible online urban dictionary defines TBT as “When you put a picture from a “while” ago on your social media sites.” Classic.

The best part is, if you dress up as one of the characters in the film, your ticket is discounted.

While I may appear to have Mia Wallace’s hair, and Geoff have Vincent Vega’s, we did not actually wear any costumes. And while we may own the film, seeing it in person is, as always, one hundred times better. I wish that every theatre around the world would show every great film on a regular basis. For those few hours, you are instantly transported back into time, and you get to discover that movie all over again while feeling the same sort of feelings that those people did decades ago. It’s indescribable. I just love it.

The winner would get free passes to all the TBT movies for the rest of the year. Up went Vincent, Jules, Butch, and Mia, and on went the music. It was priceless.
