happy halloween

Happy Halloween, family, friends, and readers!

Geoffrey, Remy, and I visited yet another corn maze this year. When we were last here, I was pregnant with Miss Remy. This time, she ate popcorn, ran around, threw footballs and squash, and giggled almost the entire time. Gosh, I love fall. I love Halloween! Here are some pictures of our time spent at the Youth Farm Corn Maze.

What are your plans for today? Let me know in the comments below!

  1. Love the pix! I haven’t heard of corn pits before :)

    • Oh geez! Never again! Remy actually had a pretty bad reaction to it (her entire body broke out in rashes, fever, and gagging). It became worse overnight. We didn’t know what to do so we took her to the hospital!

I’m glad that she enjoyed it and that we were able to get a few pictures, but never again!

That said, they’re actually really fun! Haha. Just be careful if you ever decide to jump in one. ☺️❤️

    • That said, did you enjoy your Halloween? What did you get up to?

  2. I absolutely agree….Adorable…Adorable family…my has time flew by…..

    • Holy, you guys! You’re making me blush over here. Thank you!!!!!

    • It wasn’t that cold, was it? 😆 Hopefully next year, she won’t break out in hives from the corn. Love you! ❤️

  4. Adorable mood capture in the photographs, as usual! Happy Halloween :))

    • Oh my goodness, you’re too kind!! Thank you!! Happy Halloween to you and yours! ❤️❤️🎃🎃

      • I hope you had a fun Halloween on your end, the little ones were Hobbits this year :))

        • Oh, too cute!! Thanks! I hope you guys had a blast as well. ☺️🎃

          • We sure did, the only downfall was the weather! :) But oh what can you really expect this time of the year in Michigan.

  • I was intending for this video to only be in my stories. After watching it again and again, I decided to post it in my feed as well. I wish to never forget moments like these. Remy’s typical game of asking to go in her crib only to throw everything out of it and pretend to go to sleep. Or her new one- taking her rings in with her and playing with them (after she throws everything out, of course). She makes me say every colour before going to the next one. Then she stacks them up, gets out, and shelves the toy until we have to repeat the game all over again. I let her make her messes all while trying to spend every waking and spare minute with her. These are our days and rituals. I don’t know about you, but I certainly don’t wake up with this much energy.
